Are We Really Connected? A Conversational Series on Modern-Day Loneliness

We live in a world where we are more reachable than ever, but do we actually feel connected?

This is the start of a series where I’ll explore the topics of connection, loneliness, and all the stuff in between. I’ll share my own opinions, all the research I can scrape up, and (if people are open to it) anonymously share experiences from others.

It’s easy to read headlines or hear on a podcast the state of modern-day connection, but I wanted to bring the conversation to a personal level and bring it to your table. Because change starts with conversation and action.

To begin, I have created a short 10-minute survey exploring your ideas and personal experiences on how we make connections (or not) with people, and how our capability of making connections is impacted by social, economic, and religious expectations. And also what we are missing…

This isn’t about proving a point. It’s a check-in. I want to hear your ideas. A way to get the conversation rolling.

Whether you feel deep connections or feel totally isolated, your voice matters. I hope you’ll share it and get the conversation going!

So let’s talk about it!
